What else?

Como el anuncio de George Clooney...what else? Pues estamos en plena época de ferias y se aproxima la Roc d'Azur. Finalmente me quedaré en los MSC headquarters porque hay mucho trabajo...supongo que eso es bueno en estos tiempos. Estos días ha pasado de todo: se me ha casado mi hermanita Laia, hemos ido habitualmente al palco VIP del Camp Nou a gorronear los canapés, jeje, y hemos ido saliendo en bici con amigos de Begues y Gavà. Desde que me he mudado a la montaña estoy descubriendo nuevos y mágicos senderos...word!
Este domingo toca la Sant Joan Despí-Montserrat (75km y más de 2000m de desnivel). Lucía no está muy en forma estos días y no sabemos si participar juntos en el tandem o me apunto solo con mi 29er...ya veremos...

Like George Clooney's ad...what else? We are in show and expositions period and the Roc d'Azur is approaching. Finally, I'll stay at MSC headquearters as there is much work to do...I supose this is good to say nowadays. Last week I have enjoyed in several ways: my little sister Laia has got married, we have gone several times to the VIP seats in Camp Nou stadium to eat some snacks, jeje, and we have been riding our bikes with our pals from Begues and Gavà. Since I moved to the mountains, I'm discovering new fantastic trails...word!
Next Sunday I'm heading to the Sant Joan Despí-Montserrat race (75km and more than 2000m climb). Lucía is not training these days, so we still don't know if we gonna ride our tandem or I'll ride alone on my 29er...we'll see...

Festibike 2010

De nuevo el Festibike en Las Rozas. Quizás menos público que el año pasado, pero un weekend interesante a nivel de visitas de clientes, usuarios y un poco dar imagen que es lo que interesa. Eso sí, excepto alguna salida esporádica, no comimos muy bien durante los 4 días que estuvimos por la zona...cuando vuelva a Madrid en Diciembre ya me cuidaré más de este aspecto sumamente importante jeje...
Lo más destacable: la MSC Hunter, los nuevos Maxxis EXO protection, el sillin MSC Murcielago y el prototipo de la tija telescópica MSC...

Again in Festibike in Las Rozas, Madrid. Maybe less spectators than last year, but a profitable weekend with lots of customers, users and a good image for our brand.
Despite our invitation to dinner with some friends, we did not succeed in our culinary tastes during the 4 days in Madrid. Next time we are visiting the city in December I will take care of this important subject..
The most remarcable: the MSC Hunter, the new Maxxis EXO protection tires, the MSC Murcielago saddle and the height adjust seatpost from MSC...

Best weekend=Moto+FC Barcelona+Tandem+Bier!!!

I think this is the best way to pass the weekend. Previous week, we climbed (Lucia, my father and me) to the Rat Penat summit to see La Vuelta passing by.
Saturday was amazing riding my Buell with Lucia to el Pantà de Foix and having a good breakfast on the road! Afternoon was reserved to el Camp Nou to see FC Barcelona against Hercules (pity we lost the match...), but I could enjoy my first visit to the VIP hospitality FC Barcelona rooms and our exclusive MSC Bikes reserved seats. Hostesses show you the way to the VIP rooms, where you can eat and drink whatever you want. Later on the seats, I was astonished to see there was nobody close to us. 3 seats only for us in a private terrasse with nobody smoking a cigar nearby!!!
Yesterday, Sunday, we enjoyed a Tandem ride with some new folks from our new home town, Begues. What a weekend!!!

Pienso que es la mejor manera de pasar un fin de semana. La semana anterior, subimos Lucia, mi padre y yo hasta la cima del Rat Penat para ver pasar La Vuelta.
El Sábado disfrutamos de una fántastica ruta en la Buell con Lucia hacia el Pantano de Foix y tomamos un desayuno al lado de la carretera! La tarde estaba reservada al Camp Nou para ver el FC Barcelona contra el Hércules (lástima de la derrota...) pero pude disfrutar mi primera visita al palco VIP del FC Barcelona y sentarme en nuestras butacas exclusivas reservadas a MSC Bikes. Las azafatas te acompañaban hasta las salas VIP, donde podías comer y beber lo que quisieras. Después en las butacas, me quedé sorprendido de estar solos en nuestros sillones reservados para MSC Bikes sin nadie fumando un puro al lado!!!
Ayer, Domingo, salimos con el tandem con algunos nuevos amigos de nuestro nuevo hogar, Begues. Menudo fin de semana!!!

Eurobike 2010!!!

Finalmente sobrevivimos al Eurobike 2010! Y regresamos con el EUROBIKE AWARD 2010 al mejor componente eléctrico/componente!!! La potencia MSC MAGIK, diseñada por Ricard Bages, ganó el premio junto al grupo SHIMANO XTR y la horquilla NINER de carbono. Simplemente increíble y muy orgullosos de ello!!!

La feria estuvo ok, pero agotadora y pudimos ver una devoción "in crescendo" por los productos MSC.
Fantástico!!! La próxima feria será el FESTIBIKE en Madrid.

So we finally survived the Eurobike 2010! And we come back with EUROBIKE AWARD 2010 to the best electric component/component cathegory prize!!! The MSC MAGIK STEM, designed by Ricard Bages won the award together with SHIMANO XTR group and NINER carbon fork. Just amazing and very proud of this!!!
Show was ok but exhausting and we noticed an increased devotion towards MSC Products. Great!!! Next show will be FESTIBIKE in Madrid.
